Ingredients
  

For the Truffle Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure for best flavor
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries chopped or use fresh cherries
  • ½ cup Graham Crackers optional, crushed

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, dried cherries, and graham crackers. Mix until well combined.
  • Chill the mixture for about 15 minutes, then scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each truffle into the chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate is set. Serve chilled.

Notes

You can substitute dried cherries with fresh cherries for a different flavor.
