For the Chicken Crust

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

Salt and pepper

For the Caesar Salad Topping

romaine lettuce, chopped

Caesar dressing
preferably creamy

grated Parmesan cheese

cooked chicken pieces, seasoned and crisped or chicken bacon bits

Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet to form a crust.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, additional Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken pieces if desired.
Return to the oven for a few minutes to warm the toppings, then serve.
Notes
You can substitute the cooked chicken with chicken bacon bits for extra flavor.
