Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes about 18 oz combined

For the Pasta

  • 1 pound dry pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

For the Bread Bowls

  • 6 pieces kaiser rolls or more if needed

For the Sauce

  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce about 15 oz / 425 g

For the Topping

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted about 8 tablespoon / 113 g
  • 3-4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning divided
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese about 50 g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons of garlic and herb seasoning. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and remaining garlic and herb seasoning.
  • Cut the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow them out to create bowls. Brush the insides with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Fill each bread bowl with the pasta mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the bread is crispy.

Notes

You can add vegetables or substitute chicken with shrimp for variations.
