For the Cookie Dough

brown butter
cooled to room temperature

granulated sugar

light brown sugar

eggs

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

baking soda

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine brown butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For softer cookies, do not overbake. You can also add chocolate chips for variation.
