Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined. Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
Notes
You can use either fresh or frozen cherries for this recipe. Enjoy the bread warm or at room temperature.
