Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional) for garnish

For Greasing

  • Cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and crushed crackers on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the cheddar with your favorite cheese for different flavors.
