Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and crushed crackers on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
