Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
In a pot, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add garlic and butter to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then add the cooked pasta and spice mix.
Add mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by changing the Cajun seasoning. Fresh herbs can enhance the flavor.
