Ingredients
  

For the Soup

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  • Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions.
  • Once macaroni is cooked, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your cheeseburger macaroni soup.

Notes

You can add more cheese on top for extra flavor. Adjust seasonings as desired.
