  • 2 each English Cucumbers Crisp and firm, can swap for Persian cucumbers.
  • 1 cup Crab (or Imitation Crab) Use real crab for a premium option.
  • 1 each Avocado Best to cube just before serving.

For the Dressing

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Adjust to taste.
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese Optional based on dietary preferences.
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional garnish.

Optional Add-Ons

  • ¼ cup Chopped Scallions or Radishes For extra crunch and flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumbers and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, crab, avocado, and optional add-ons.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
