Ingredients
  

For the Eggs

  • 6–8 pieces hard-boiled eggs peeled

For the Sauce

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until soft.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, garlic paste, vegetable broth, and spices. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the hard-boiled eggs drizzled with the spicy garlic butter sauce.

Notes

You can adjust the spice levels by adding more or less cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes.
