Instructions
Cook the bow-tie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, turkey, green onions, and celery.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, and poppy seed dressing.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. The flavors will meld beautifully.
