Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

For the Slaw

  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Wonton Shells

  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Optional Toppings

  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra green onions

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • For the slaw, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray wonton wrappers with nonstick spray and bake until golden.
  • Fill each wonton shell with chicken filling and top with slaw and optional toppings.

Notes

Adjust the toppings to your preference. Serve warm for the best flavor.
