Ingredients
  

For the Pie Crust

  • 1 9-inch pie crust baked and cooled

For the Peanut Butter Crumbles

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

For the Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

For the Whipped Topping

  • 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip or 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the baked pie crust and set it aside to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and creamy peanut butter for the crumbles. Mix until crumbly.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled pie crust. Top with sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle the peanut butter crumbles on top of the whipped topping.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can drizzle chocolate over the top before serving.
