  • Ramekin

Ingredients
  

For the Poached Egg

  • 1 egg fresh; cold or room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon water per ramekin
  • cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
  • salt & pepper to taste, for serving

Optional Toppings

  • everything bagel seasoning optional
  • chili flakes optional
  • chopped parsley or chives optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Spray the ramekin with cooking spray or grease with oil. Add water and crack the egg into the ramekin.
  • Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the ramekin. Season with salt and pepper, and add any optional toppings if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the cooking time for a firmer or softer yolk.
