For the Poached Egg

egg
fresh; cold or room temperature
2
tablespoon
water per ramekin
cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
salt & pepper to taste, for serving
Optional Toppings
everything bagel seasoning
optional
chili flakes
optional
chopped parsley or chives
optional garnish
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
Spray the ramekin with cooking spray or grease with oil. Add water and crack the egg into the ramekin.
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the ramekin. Season with salt and pepper, and add any optional toppings if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the cooking time for a firmer or softer yolk.
