Ingredients
  

For the Mahi Mahi

  • 2 fillets mahi mahi about 1 pound
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with the mixture.
  • Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • During the last 2 minutes, add the garlic herb butter on top of the fillets to melt.
