For the Mahi Mahi

olive oil or avocado oil

paprika or smoked paprika

granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
freshly cracked black pepper

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice

tablespoons
garlic herb butter

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with the mixture.
Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
During the last 2 minutes, add the garlic herb butter on top of the fillets to melt.
