Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnishing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the cauliflower and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Sriracha to control the heat level.
