Ingredients
  

For the Fish

  • 1 pound Cod Fillet Cut into 8-10 pieces, about 1.5 to 2 inches wide.

For the Breading

  • 2 Large Eggs Lightly beaten.
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs Unseasoned.
  • 1.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.75 teaspoon Garlic Powder Not garlic salt.
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.75 teaspoon Italian Herbs Blend of dried herbs.
  • 2 teaspoons Oil For spraying or brushing.
  • to taste Your Favorite Dipping Sauce Options include tartar sauce, aioli, or lemon juice.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs.
  • Dip each cod piece in the egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the cod pieces in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly with oil.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
