Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket lightly with olive oil spray.
  • Place the coated chicken cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and serve hot.
