Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch (if using). Mix until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
If desired, add optional ingredients like chili flakes or lemon zest during the last few minutes of cooking.
Serve hot with Parmesan cheese and hot sauce on the side.
