  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional but gives extra crispness)

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (added after cooking)
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch (if using). Mix until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  • If desired, add optional ingredients like chili flakes or lemon zest during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Serve hot with Parmesan cheese and hot sauce on the side.
