Ingredients
  

For the Tilapia

  • 2 fillets Tilapia Fillets Use fresh or frozen.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Light spray for coating.

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Swap for smoked paprika if desired.
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic may be used.
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder Finely diced onion can substitute.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust based on dietary requirements.
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Omit for milder flavor.

For the Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley Optional garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Highly recommended for a refreshing finish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the seasonings. Coat the tilapia fillets with the mixture.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
